Since 1973, The Malaysian German Society’s Oktoberfest has been the most anticipated event in the region for this particular festival. There were approximately 3,000 goers spread across the two days of the event. What festival is Germany is known for??? Only one comes to mind: The Munich Oktoberfest in Bavaria of course!!! Covering the basics and the fun elements, the event includes: an amazingly decorated tent with a great atmosphere, Bavarian brass music, a huge array of premium beer brews that you can have your pick of, entertainment for the kids and a lively crowd!!! Also, all the way from Bavaria, Germany performing oompah music is the band Bayernmän!!! Besides that, the event wouldn’t be complete without authentic German food so you can definitely expect Sauerkraut, sausages, meatloaf and much more!!!
This event is also a great opportunity for Malaysian and Germans to meet each other and to build and continue an amazing alliance and friendship so make sure you don’t miss this spectacular event!
