Experience Penang Coastal Run is an out-growth of the 10km Run of the Penang Bridge International Marathon which is organized by PETACH (Penang State Exco for Tourism, Arts, Culture and Heritage). This new event is crafted to capture the untapped dynamism of Penang. It will be used as a mechanism to highlight one of Penang’s unique USP; “Penang – A Great Place to Live”. The event will embrace a carnival atmosphere with an underlying theme of Healthy Living.
The main event and activities will be held on 15 March 2020 at Queensbay Outdoor Car Park. The scenic run will start and finish at Persiaran Bayan Indah, with the run held along the coastal route towards the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge (2nd Bridge) and back to finish at starting point.
